Where should I call? It's not an easy conversation.

International students are doing the best they can to cope but there comes a point where exercise, chatting with friends and healthy eating habits aren’t enough. The state of mental health of international students is dire. They have fallen through multiple cracks, and deserve to have access to services that will not only help them survive in Australia but enable them to thrive.

If you’re concerned a friend or loved one is at immediate risk of suicide or self harm, dial triple zero (000) and ask for an ambulance.
